Butterbraid Frozen Pastry Fundraiser


Start: May 7th - order forms go home with students
End: May 22 - students turn in order forms
Delivery: May 30 (new date!)- orders ready at the end of the school day

Pastries will be ready for pick up from 2:15 pm till 4:30pm. They need to be in a freezer within 2 - 2.5 hours. If more time is needed, place in a cooler (without ice) for up to 6 hours.
I need 2-3 people at the school on May 30th at 1pm to help organize the orders. Please email me if you can help or reply to my post on Facebook.

$4 per item for student account
$1 per item for general band account

Please join us as we celebrate the 2011-12 accomplishments of our various bands and colorguard .  We will be hosting a banquet on Saturday, May 19  at 6:00PM at Crosspointe Church located at 6911 Carpenter Fire Station Road in Cary.   All band and color guard members eat free.    The cost for parents and additional family members is $12 per person.  No charge for siblings under age 6.
